Hibachi marinade should feature prominently soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger. I didn't taste any of these flavors.

The young ladies that work the front counter were knowledgeable and professional. They answered my questions and gave great suggestions. The restaurant was clean and they follow Covid protocols. There is ample parking as this is located in a larger sized plaza with the Kroger grocery store.

Now, the food. The ramen is delicious, I got the chicken ramen. Their dumplings are yummy although I prefer the pork ones over the beef dumplings. The bulgogi was divine. I also enjoyed the shrimp tempura and smoked salmon sushi roll. My son likes the chicken and shrimp hibachi although he did not like their yum sauce, hence the four stars.
